Clair Inn

Where do I begin? There were hazards for children everywhere. Hair in the shower. Mold, partially covered by layers of caulking and also not covered. Cobwebs. Smelled badly of cigarettes, though it was a non smoking room. Chair upholstery layered with stains. Fan doesn't work, ice machine doesn't work, no pool or breakfast. Only the front lawn is mowed. Tall weeds and litter on both sides of the parking lot and sides and back of the building. Disabled vehicles. No lobby. Suspicious brown substance smeared on the tile between toilet and sink. Second sink is disabled and loose from the cabinet. Positives are the beds were neatly made, and the AC worked great. The smoke detector appeared to be disabled. The door was not weather tight. One of the door security locks was missing. I did not

Could be cleaner there was hair on the shower wall and there was a sticky fly strip that catches flies on the ceiling in the room we were staying in and the ice machine in the office wasn't working, also the microwave was missing a handle but at least it still worked, the freezer part of the fridge could have been cleaned, But other then all that it was fine there was no bed bugs or anything so that's a plus, we did have a neighbor that kept screaming all day and night though, but we mostly ignored it

Charged me $300 a week and refuse to give me my $100 deposit back! Claim i didn't pay for one of my nights, but that's not even true. They said they kept all my receipts well I did as well and I paid every night I was there! What a scam I will never stay there again and will advise everyone I know to go elsewhere. My room was infested with cockroaches and bedbugs and they refused to move me into another room. I'll be contacting the health department next week!! Should be condemned!😡🤬

Absolutely terrible experience. The man on the phone this morning was unbelievably rude! Completely careless and unprofessional. I’m appalled that someone can keep a customer service job and talk to customers like that. I called to politely ask a question about the price of a room and was mocked and laughed at. Do not spend your money here. I guarantee your experience staying here will be even worse than my brief phone call to this dump!

Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. I paid for one week and with in hours of being in the room I found bugs in the bed....blood stains on the pillows on the bed.... The blanket had several cigeratte burn holes in it and smelled. The heat did not work.... Mold in tthe shower...when I told the lady I wanted my money back so I could leave she refused to give my money back. So I was stuck to stat for the week without the refund of my money to go elsewhere. The owner would bit even give me clean sheets...pillows and a blanket when I asked for them her exact response to me was that they didn't have any. I had to purchase my own heater to keep the room warm. Just the worse experience ever. No one should stay at this place!
