Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot around people's cars. Other than the room I occupied was very spacious, it was clean and it wasn't noisy despite the stragglers so I guess you just kinda got read the room

For you history buffs this was the former apartment that Jack Ruby lived at the time he shot Oswald in 1963

Because I was 5 minutes late of getting out of the room , the short office person proceeded to open my door and I had informed him I was putting my shirt on and they still didn't care and tried to open it while I was changing my clothes then wanted to call the police because I wouldn't let him open the door while I was trying to get dressed.. the type of people who run this place are ignorant. Outrageously priced, bad cigarette smell, rooms were not 100% clean. And let this fool open my door again at another establishment and I will punch him in the face

This place has hired the absolute worst employees. In my opinion, this business should close its doors. I'm from Michigan and was looking for a hotel in Dallas to book a stay. I called 10 times in a three hour period, started around 6:30pm but never got an answer. Just rang for five minutes straight before disconnect. My final call was around 9:30 pm and someone picked up this time but said nothing. After I said hello several times the phone just hung up in my face. I uploaded the screenshots of my unanswered calls. They certainly won't earn my business now. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
