citizenM Miami Brickell

This hotel was a nice surprise for a business overnight stay. Nice and clean room reminded me of a cruise ship. Had a comfortable seat to work. Very colorful and vibrant place. Location is prime. I’d would like the convenience of valet parking (not carrying my luggage to-from public parking). I decided to come back the very same week!

The rooms are extremely small. Reminding me of a hostel. And everything is pretty much self-service. Check-in is self-serve. Check is self-serve. Even when I purchased tea they filled my cup with hot water and pointed me to the station to make my own tea after paying over $5 for the cup of tea. Location is great though it's Central Brickell in the middle of everything. Not a bad hotel if you don't mind small.

I had an incredible time at the Citizens hotel. Wonderful hotel experience, fantastic location from where you can explore the city on food The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were decorated in a beautiful and romantic style with the best lighting. The bathroom had wonderful towels and quality bath products. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. I ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner, it was excellent with nice views . Thank you for making my short time in Miami so special. I will recommend you to friends and family and hope to stay again soon.

Stayed here for 5 nights for business. Location is great with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. It can get a bit loud at night from the bars nearby, room is smaller but has all basic necessities. Staff is friendly and really helpful.

Rooms are tight. Like, really tight. If you’re traveling (or at least lodging) alone, not a bad spot, especially since it’s in a great location near all the brickell hot spots. If you’re traveling with someone else, would maybe consider another option with a bit more real estate in the rooms. It’s smaller than a cruise ship room I’ve had.
