Overpriced at $80/night for small & short stay campers. Appears they cater to snowbirds with large RVs. They put me in Site 14 which was tiny, right next to office/highway, bright lights, road noise, no sewer hookup. I would not stay there again.
Office staff are very hard to reach, they have very limited open office hours. We booked over the phone but never got a confirmation email and couldn't reach them again, so we just hoped our site was available when we got there. ( it was, thankfully) I believe this was once a very nice campground but the upkeep isn't there. Most of the campers ( i think at least 90%) are long term rentals from up north. People were very nice and friendly. Sites are rather small and on top of each other, roads are not well kept and fairly narrow. Our site had a wood deck ( which one was super nice and good size ) but had a pretty good size whole in the middle of it, right by the steps... I thought it was pricey. Over $100/ night is the daily rate. We just had an event nearby that's why I picked this
Campground was convenient to our ravel plans and had availability. It's quiet and friendly campers welcomed us. The negative is the roads are in poor condition with some potholes filled with large rocks. Our site was grass that had not been cut and site has poor drainage. The CG staff are never in the office and difficult to reach. Facilities are clean and well kept. I give it a 3 overall.
We stayed at Christmas RV Park from January 2024 to June 2024. In November 2023, Brenden accepted a new job in the area, and he began searching for a campground that was available, affordable, and conveniently located. Given that it was winter, we were fortunate to find an available site. We stayed in site CC, which is located in the back corner of the park. First, the location of Christmas RV Park was ideal for us. It was close to Brenden’s new job, and just a short drive from Titusville, where we did our shopping. Orlando International Airport is also reasonably accessible from the park. However, the pricing felt a bit high for the value received. While we understand that it's an RV Park, not an RV Resort, and that prices in Florida tend to be higher, the experience didn’t fully justif
We spent a week here. My first impression was that we way over paid. Nothing paved, anywhere. Gravel roads, some of which where being refilled with gravel while we were there. Lots of Michigan, Minnesota, and other tags from up north. I assume it's a Snowbird Haven. There seemed to be a community of sorts amongst them, which was nice. Don't expect to ever see anyone in the office, though. Maybe it was because it was Christmas? But the office was never open while we were there...or maybe just not while we were in the park. The dog park is nice and clean. The water pressure, though, is pretty abysmal. I've seen a few reviews saying that the tap water was sewage-y or disgusting. I can only assume they've never had Florida water. That's the way it tastes to those of us from elsewhere. I drank
