Chicagoland Motel

I checked in on a Wednesday and the woman that worked the front desk was wonderful! I was supposed to check out Saturday morning, but I decided to add an extra night. The woman who was working the front desk(Elia) was horrible. Very rude tried to not give me back my right change and was basically telling me I was going to have to leave. She then called me Sunday morning and woke me up to remind me what time check out was. Like I was a child or asked me if I was staying again, but would have to leave my room so they could clean it or check out. I paid over $100 for the room. Like I am going to leave after doing that. Good afternoon I stay there this weekend on saturday. This is second time stay there Yes and I spent the night by checking out on sunday. The person that works to desk on sun Calling the residents and harassing them and let her know that check out was at twelve and we know what the policy I don't like being harassed. By your staff there. It's already bad enough that there are used condoms. When you check into the room in the floor looks like it's never been vacuums. The lady that was working the desk on Sunday. Wonderful customer service, 1st floor room availability with no questions asked. Clean, and quite well kept for an older independent motel. Requested extra pillows for my husband's legs along with towels. An employee immediately brought them to us. We'll stay here again and I'd recommend to check here before booking with any expensive chain hotel!

Don’t believe everything you see & read in google reviews. This hotel is very nice & calming. The front desk checked us in no time. My room was so amazing. Nice flat sceeen tv, heat works perfectly, the bed itself if so comfy. Room was very clean never seen a motel with top quality standards. I definitely recommend you to come try them out yourself. Don’t believe everything you read in google people lie for no reason.
