No idea why some reviews are so low, but our experience was awesome. We did book through Expedia, and did receive a complimentary VIP upgrade which didn't hurt. The first room was a 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor, it was lovely and very clean. The hallway had some fans for moisture control, but they had it under control. The top floor was next level, the views were stunning! Our stay included 2 towels, and 2 beach chair rentals daily. The rooftop pool and restaurant was a great addition too!

Great experience. Hotel rooms are new and modern. The 7th floor rooftop is a great amenity. Will be returning. The only criticism is that shower head needed to be adjusted and the hallway carpet could use some another vacuum.

Room was nice, dirty though. No change of sheets as initially requested. Thought we booked an oceanfront room, but oceanview with smoking balcony was nicer. Parking was a racquet but accommodations conveniently located in the height of activity.

Wont recommend doing a reservation in this place, since the moment you walk in, they want to take money away from you, this place would charge you so much money after the reservation have been made for the “amenities” such as using the pool and towel which is a ridiculous amount of money per day, not for the staying but for each day even if your not planning to use the “amenities”! the service in the pool is below awful , and not coming back ever again, and I would make sure that the people around me know how bad this place is

Clean rooms and amenities were great. Unexpected fees when checking in is the only complaint.
