Chatfield Hollow Inn

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in the Essex Suite! The room was gorgeous, super comfortable, and had a huge, beautiful bathroom. We packed a lot into a 2-day/1-night trip, and the inn was a relaxing and private home base. Tema was amazing from the moment we booked right up until we left. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgable about the area, and even made us breakfast early to accommodate our schedule (it was delicious!). We really appreciate everything he did to go above and beyond, and will definitely be back!

The Inn as a place to visit and the grounds as a wedding venue are both absolutely spectacular. The location was a stunning backdrop for a family wedding and the staff could not be more incredible. Ken is a phenomenal planner and Tema is a fantastic cook who provided us a wonderful breakfast for the weekend. This is excellent place either to visit and relax or to host your wedding.

This little inn was amazing! It's located at the back of of a small farm/nursery and is surrounded by state forest. There are 5 bedrooms, one is upstairs. The grounds are amazing, as they use the property for weddings and other events.

We knew from the moment we stepped foot on Ken’s property that there was no where else in the world we would like to get married. We started working with Ken in 2019 for our June 2020 wedding. Two postponements later and we finally had our big day in July 2022. Throughout the longggg planning process, Ken was there for us every step of the way. He not only answered our many questions, but also helped us with decorations, design, and everything in between. My husband and I stayed here one night for our wedding anniversary. It was the perfect escape for the night, not to far from our hometown in Sandy Hook. We arrived in the afternoon and were warmly welcomed by Tema the innkeeper. He was so accommodating and made us feel right at home. The inn itself was amazing... a mid century modern dream! Our room was so clean and our bed was so comfortable. Coffee and tea were always available and breakfast in the morning was delicious! Before we left, we spent some time walking around the property. We saw adorable animals, gorgeous flowers and secret trails. Chatfield Hollow Inn is honestly one of the best bed and breakfasts we have ever been to!
