Dont pay attention to all these old reviews. Its a nice place. I stayed here for monstermania convention. Its close to everything and the room was nice. Nothing smelled like cigarettes. Im not sure why every review complains about that

Positive: The location Negative: They did not have wash clothes to wash face and body for my guest and I. Also one of the staff member was really rude the second night I checked in.

Room was dirty. Mattress was uncomfortable. Room was a great size and comfortable to relax in. There is an event banquet attached and due to an event we were unable to sleep until the stopped the event at 2 am. Staff was nice but not available overnight. I would consider stay here again due to the price and if nothing else in the area was available. pictures are deceiving.||It’s not the worst I’ve ever been in, but think of it as an upgraded motel.

This place was terrible. They called 2 days before my stay to inform me the room I prepaid for through booking.com wasn't available. I booked the presidential suite. They offered the next best thing for 1/2 off. (Which was half off the presidential suite, but normal price for that room) Paid for the room again, because they cancelled the original booking.com booking. I went in to check out the room and it was tiny! Nothing like the pictures advertised. My wife and I had the worst feeling ever thinking we would spend the night there. So we decided not to stay there and checked out. Wouldn't offer any money back, as they chuckled and said there's no refund. Very disappointed in this place, and would not recommend at all!

The fact that I'm forced to leave even a one-star review is sickening, nobody no matter how desperate should ever feel the urge to rent a room here, It would unironically be a safer experience for you to go to a homeless shelter. Our door was broken, The room was filthy, The staff was at the best of times unhelpful and at the worst of times outright useless. There is nothing in the area that is worth you subjugating yourself to staying here, lay down the seats in your car, get an air mattress and enjoy at least two stars better experience there.
