Chaplin Inn & Suites

The new owners are so nice!! Rooms are super clean and affordable. They really have turned this place around. During this months cold weather protocol, they have opened their doors to accommodate folks at great prices!! I am really impressed with management. Also it is very quite and relaxing.

The new owner is very friendly and accommodating! He made sure that we had everything that we needed. The room was nice and comfortable. It’s in a good area and isn’t far from restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this Inn and will be staying here again.

My husband and I were visiting relatives in the area. We choose this hotel because of location and reviews. The location was perfect, but the facility was horrible A two night say was reserved. The room had a terrible odor, the bottom sheet did not fit the bed, and was full of black hair. The heating unit had mold growing on the vent. We asked for a different room and were given a choice of two available rooms, on smaller, one bigger. The small room had the same issues as the first room. The larger room did not smell, and was cleaner. We chose that room, and the person at the front desk, then told us we would have to pay $20.00 per night additional. By this time it is all most 10:00pm. We took the room begrudgingly. FYI, there was also no amenities. Would not recommend this facility.

The hotel is nestled in a small historical town right on Route 6. Had a great stay - room was clean and had everything I needed. Also don’t forget to try the diner across the street - food was 10/10. Definitely recommend staying here!

Quiet and Nice staff However, I am not paying for courtesy. Price was a little much for something lesser name hotels have better of. No coffee machine as posted, nice new desks, but no chair in the room, shower has very low pressure, and not that hot. They could be still in the middle of repairs, but if so, don't charge the amount you do until everything is fixed.
