Perfect location on the shoreline of Grand Lake. Very quiet, clean and laid back. Large grassy area. Spacious spots. Full hook-ups with 50amp. Owners are absolutely lovely.
So we stayed the labor day weekend. I booked a month in advance. They are about the same price as every other rv park. The moment we got there, the problems started. There was no electricity to our site! I could not get my camper dropped, because my jack needs power. So I had to wait until my buddy came with his truck and I missed dinner with my family. After three hours, they finally got my power on. Then the next day, there was no water! This place has a great location, but they are most definitely not ready to operate!
Our first time here and we absolutely loved it. A quiet community with friendly people. The sunrise was gorgeous and the spacious RV sites have water, electric and sewer. It was nice to not have to stop the RV and dump after the fantastic weekend we had.
Used to be a good place but there is some creepy people renting a house there that we no longer felt safe there with kids. The upkeep had went downhill and the price went up.
Well taken care of! Park is home to some very nice people! People that I am happy to call my friends & neighbors! The sun rises & -sunsets are gorgeous too!
