Chamber Lane Motel

Yes, this is an older property, and the proprietor is not hiding this fact. This property was nicely priced for the area. This is a rustic cottage/cabin atmosphere. Some parts of it are dated, but here is what makes this place great. Incredibly clean rooms. Clean sheets and bedding. Mattresses are pillow top and very comfortable. My room had windows in the front and back, and I got a great breeze coming through. The television system is also much better than I find at some large hotel chains. Bathroom is small, but the most important part.....It's immaculate. This is a small family run hotel, and although a few things here and there could be updated, the family takes pride in offering a value priced stay in a clean and comfortable room. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely stay her

Awesome motel, particularly for a small-town economy joint! Owners were super friendly and accommodating. Cozy and just what you need for an "off-the-planet." I can honestly say I've never been to a complex-style motel like this that has a fire-pit at your disposal; my family and I had a wonderful time during our stay and had a late-night fire without any complaints from the other visitors or on-site owners! Thanks so much for a great stay!!

Courteous and friendly. Clean rooms at a good value. Beautiful setting away from the hustle and bustle of Saratoga Springs. We reserved two rooms with no issues. There was a severe lightning storm that cut both the electricity and cable. The owner was on top of the situation and made us feel safe and at ease.,

We stayed in a cabin room, it was small but comfortable for one night. Basically you get half a cabin. Very affordable and a great location for us. We went to the Malta drive-in just up the road. It is in a nice area right across from Round Lake. The only tiny downside was the small sink had the hot and cold in separate faucets. The woman who checked us in was very nice, I think it's family run. Overall a good experience.

Stayed in the motel last weekend with my family, and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was courteous and friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. There are tables, chairs, umbrellas, barbecue grills, and even a fire pit available free for guest use! There was nothing better than drinking some beers with my brother under the clear New York sky by the fire, at this very cozy motel. The place is a little dated, but it is very comfortable and homely. If I had any complaints, it would be that the bathrooms are not very well made for those of us over six feet tall, the toilet paper is super cheap, and the water pressure is lousy if your neighbor is taking a shower at the same time as you. But that's just nitpicking. Will definitely stay here again!
