Chaffee Lodge

Horrible! Rug was so dirty I wouldn't let my 2 yr old sit on it, room smelled of cigarettes, food crumbs in the bed, room was just dirty, we were told if our baby cries to go out to our car. Will never stay there again!

Positive: This is a hotel with all the simple needs for an overnight stay and was perfect for me. Very accommodating staff. Negative: Located at a busy intersection but turning up the TV helped cover up the noise.

This is exactly what you expect from a small town lodge. It’s run down and dirty in parts but with good hospitality. The business could use a good cleaning when it comes to things like shower curtains and furniture it needs a good overhaul. ||But if you’ve got family nearby or want to fish and hunt and you can handle a little dirt you’ll be at home here.

I'm a nurse and I'm here on a 13 week. Contract, this motel is 12 minutes from my job, so that's pretty good.

Positive: Staff was friendly and welcoming. Turned heat up for me to warm the room before I arrived. Very affordably priced. Negative: Cigarette odor in the hallways. Hair, dust, and dirt in the room. Thin ceilings/walls made sound easy to hear between rooms. Door leading to another room was behind bedframe which was unsettling.
