What should have been a simple overnight stay turned into a stressful and unsanitary experience. First, I was moved to a different room after a bug came up through the sink drain. I immediately notified the housekeeper on duty and the front desk. I assumed management would ensure the second room was problem-free. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Would never recommend this place! We had family member in hospital and needed to be close. The person at the desk and the one in the back were extremely rude, disrespectful, and totally unreasonable. There were 3 of us and we only had 2 towels. At the end of the hall was an open room and a cart with towels. We simply took an extra towel. The desk person appeared and actually yelled at us that the towel was not our property, put it back and get out! We explained the situation and she said we needed to back down to the desk to ask. When we got down there no one was at the desk and the person in the back came out and started to yell at us as well. If this is how they treat guests, they need to be fired immediately! We traveled from Colorado to be with a loved one in her last days. The front desk staff were very compassionate and welcoming for our family. Always had a smile on there faces!! The rooms could use some updating, but convenience of being next to the hospital was great! Would highly recommend to anyone staying with loved ones in the hospital! Thank you center inn we will definitely be back if ever needed!

We had a surgery at the Specialist Hospital and they were connected, due to the weather it was outstanding! Loved the low cost and convenient, front desk staff was 5 star!

This review has nothing to do with the front desk staff, because they were both super friendly and accommodating. One of the housekeepers should really be fired, our first room had blood stains on the sheets, mouse poop under the mattress, and seeds from some animal. We got our room switched and the second one was much cleaner but had a musty/smoke smell. Breakfast was odd, I’ve never stayed at a hotel with open jugs of juice to serve yourself from in a fridge. If I had the option in the future I would stay in a much cleaner and updated hotel.
