Cedar Pond Campground

This campground has mostly perm sites. There are zero amenities. It worked perfect for us to pull over for the night, have water, electric and sewer for $35. Perfect stop for traveling through. I would not stay here for a weeks vacation. We did not use the bathhouse. We just slept and showered in our camper.

Doug and Ken were kind, helpful, and so accommodating! They helped us into a beautiful pull through site last minute. Clean, pet friendly, and a great price for a quick camping stop with hookups.

**update** a friend of mine called and somehow magically there was a spot, it was too convenient to where I'm building not to take the spot anyway. 90% or better are permanent residents, I stayed a month and nobody moved in or out. Very quiet and respectful, bathrooms and laundry were always clean. I'm updating to 4 stars because after the initial interaction I didn't have any bad experience. I would recommend if you can get in, prices are very reasonable compared to others within 20 miles. ***I'm literally at the campground, we drove through to see what we thought first, it doesn't look bad and there are at least 15 open spots. ( it's November and this is a zero amenities campground) Went to the office and nobody is there, called number and you'd think I interrupted Thanksgiving dinner,

Love the serenity. Owner is very active and involved in the day to day operations of the park. Sites are clean. Definitely a "no frills" place but great for a week of winding down.

we were passing through and decided to camp out in our jeep. we found this little hidden gem and the people here were very nice. it was affordable, we had privacy, could park almost anywhere behind the pond and it was quiet. Our dog loved it too and was able to run around. the perfect place for a sweet escape. we will be back.
