Cedar Creek Campground

Pretty close to the road but the three campsites are semi-enclosed by trees. You're not necessarily staring right into others camp ground. There is a creek and fishing options just off the sites. All sites are relatively small. Last time I was there we were BOMBARDED with flies, bees, and wasps. I've never had such an issue with them before at this site.

Have camped here a couple times. Decent for tent site or motorcycle campers that need a rest stop. No RV room but otherwise ample parking. River access for wading. Giving only 2 stars because about a mile away is someone who owns hounds or dogs that bark constantly until 10pm at night and start about 6am. Nearby road noise over the bridge is so-so but quiets down during middle of the night. Restroom has always been clean (despite its easy access, people still manage not to use it in lieu of their campsite) and the pay envelopes tend not to be stocked.

Nice little campground for $10. Fire & BBQ sites. Not set up for trailers. Good size tent & parking spots. Close to road is only negative for me.

Closed when I got there. I think I was 3-4 days early. So not their bad, mine.
