Small spot, quiet, out in the boondocks as I like to say, so expect a 30 minute drive to any major retail stores. Rainy and muddy in early Spring. But if you like peace, this is the place to go. Free laundry. Free shared firepit. Best and most important of all, for those on a limited budget, is that it's affordable. ❤️ 🙏 🙂
