Cattlemens Inn - a Boutique Hotel

stayed 3 nights, no sheet changes, housekeeping/attendants would come and take trash but no trash bags or wouldn’t take trash at all, got moved rooms twice (had another crew in another rooms so 4 rooms total) because the room we were in first was under renovation and wasn’t supposed to be rented to begin with, bugs all over the counters, never got towels changed out always had to walk across the parking lot to get more, someone came in one day and turned off all the lights and ac so it didn’t feel so great for 4 oilfield men coming in from working in the heat all day to a hot room and no towels to even shower with. people at the front seem very nice though.

I would not recommend this place unless it's just for over night. I was there for almost two weeks. There's no phones in the rooms, not one time did they offer me clean sheets, towels, no washcloths. I slept with no sheets on my bed for 3 nights. The lady that runs it cannot speak English so very hard to communicate with. She is very sweet but it gets frustrating trying to talk with her. I cleaned my own room. They moved me to another room where I didn't feel safe, back in the corner in the dark. I actually was scared. I'm 70yrs old and was by myself. I left with them owing me money. They said they charged me to clean the room when I cleaned it myself. There Is so much more I could tell you. I highly do not recommend this place. I would rather pay a little more and go elsewhere. I stayed here while I worked in the area for a week. I worked nights and the cleaning lady is noisy and walks in on you if you don't put a note on the door. ||||I checked out early, but I paid for a 7 day stay using 5 days and no refund was given for my remaining 2 days stay. Typical 3rd world Indian run motel rude and hateful. ||||Walls a paper thin and you can hear everything. The carpet is from the 70s and in dire need of replacement. The shower knob was broken off the shower, toilet backed up and I had to plunge it myself with a plunger I bought.||||Location is ideal and easy to find, but definitely not worth the money staying here. It is cheap and you get what you pay for. There's a few other options in town to stay at, and I recommend staying there before staying here.

This is definitely a budget motel. We had a reservation, when we arrived it took a fair amount of time before we could find anyone. The desk person's English was so limited I was ready to open my Google translate app. After running two cards through their card reader with no success I walked over to Casey's and got cash from the ATM (same card). The room was better than sleeping outside but that's about it.

Since the new owners have taken over they're remodeling all the rooms the new rooms that are remodeled are gorgeous the staff was friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I gave the motel a chance because it was worth it. Roku TVs in the rooms all new flooring freshly painted all new linen
