Perfect place for fisherman! John and Rhonda are great hosts and amazing cooks! Camps are very nice, docks (with electricity) for your boat and some great views. A great place to bring your friends or family. You wont find a place with better service or better pricing. I will be back for sure.

Our fishing club had the pleasure of spending time this past weekend at Castle Island Camps and could not have had a better time. John and Rhonda are super hosts. They were kind, friendly and could not do enough for us. There were (16) of us in total, and they took care of us as if we were only two. Nice set-up there, cabins were spotless, food was beyond outstanding, and location was perfect to access both the North and South areas of Long Pond. Nice docks for the boats and within walking distance of the state ramp. Fishing was great. I would highly recommend trying this place out, you will not be let down. Thank you to John and Rhonda and their staff for making ours a great weekend.

No need to Whisper here. The service was great. Rooms are clean and newly done. Bathroom very nice for a cabin environment. The fishing and boating were great the entire week. Hospitality is key here. I would choose to return here over any other fishing lodge in the area. They simply can't be beat!

You can't get closer to the water than Castle Island camps. Just finished my week on the island. Grew up less than 5 miles from camp. Always thought "who would stay there? Camps are so small". It is a fishing camp, but I don't fish. And my friend and I had the most relaxing vacation. They feed you delicious meals. Housekeeping. Their clientele are devoted repeat customers. Just a super all around experience for those that don't need someone to entertain them. Of course, you probably can't get in. But if you can, and you love water, peace and quiet and feel like you don't want to cook, it's the place to vacation. And you could fish too if that's your thing. Owners super hosts.
