My stay at HBH Casa Pelligrino was absolutely fantastic! The office was very easy to find and check in was a breeze with the ever smiling and welcoming Maria. She made check in effortless and was very informative. Thank you very much, Maria! I was greeted every morning with a warm and cheerful “Good morning” from Donna, for the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful with a large variety of breads, cereals, juices, danish, eggs, fresh fruit and yogurt. Coffee was hot and delicious every morning. Review of Casa Pellegrino Hotel – A Disappointing Stay with Lots of Untapped Potential||Casa Pellegrino looks like it was once a charming and welcoming place to stay, but unfortunately, a clear lack of maintenance and attention to detail is keeping it from living up to its potential—or to its four-star rating.||We stayed this past weekend, Friday through Sunday, in room #2008. The biggest issue we experienced was the incredibly noisy portable A/C unit in the room. It was so loud that sleeping was nearly impossible—at times, it felt like having a Harley Davidson running indoors. The noise was especially disruptive at night when everything else was quiet. Staying at Casa Pellegrino was truly beyond amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how beautiful and welcoming everything felt. The rooms are not only spacious but also very clean. The location couldn’t be better, with everything close by, yet still peaceful and relaxing. On top of that, the rates are so reasonable for the quality you get, and their dining options are excellent — definitely a highlight of my trip. I can’t recommend Casa Pellegrino enough, it really exceeded all my expectations!

The hotel does not have any place for you to wait while they are slowly cleaning a room for you. There is only a smoking area outside, and no bathroom to use. If you want to change clothes while you wait and wait and wait for your room, there is a broken down cleaning closet in their office. We ended up leaving to a different hotel (as a reservation we made months ago was still hours away and too slow to be ready). And without bathrooms except on the beach or down two blocks at a restaurant, I felt it was all very second rate.
