Casa Blanca

A group of us stayed for a family weekend in the secluded back cabin over Labor Day weekend. I was completely astonished withe the level of care taken to provide the best possible stay. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were incredibly generous and the distance to the river was unreal. In the morning you could enjoy complementary coffee in your cabin and sit on the covered porch to enjoy the sunrise while deer grazed in front. When you were ready to go to the riverfront you could just walk a short distance and were able to use a multitude of items, from kayaks to floats. Everything was functional and the areas were clean. When you returned to the cabin, you could enjoy the coldest A/C I have ever experienced and were able to cook on the grill just outside the kitchen door. I would H

We had an great and relaxing long weekend at the cabin in Casa Blanca. We had the 3 bedroom and it was amazing. Everything you can think of that you would need and might have forgotten they had it. It was those little touches that made it even more magical. Not only that the water was breathtaking. We had use of tubes, kayaks, canoes, bbq pit gas and charcoal. Even one of the other friendly guest we met couldn’t stop raving about the place since this was not their first stay here. We did have a small issue with a toilet and within 5 minutes the problem was swiftly solved. Everyone enjoyed the fishing, swimming and tubing and all the amenities. I can not say how much beauty and care they take in their property. We are already planning another trip with more family soon.

I have driven pass the Casa Blanca for over 20 years and never knew that the price for staying there was as low as it was. I figured it was for the wealthy people. Another year passed and it was time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We wanted to go somewhere close but secluded that we have never been before for an overnight stay. I looked online and found a couple of places but they didn't answer our message that we left and the day was almost over. Our nephew had mentioned the Casa Blanca had cabins to stay in on the guadalupe River in Ingram/Hunt area right after his road to go to his house.
