Carson Valley Inn Casino

Celebrated our 40th anniversary and had such an incredible experience! The suite was gorgeous, pristine and comfortable, enjoyed the wonderful pool and hot tub area (no resort fees). The best part is the exceptional team starting with Matt Carter who treated us like VIPs with the beautiful room, the front desk folks upon arrival and departure, the waitstaff in CV Steakhouse and casino staff, all were friendly, helpful and warm. We are now number one fans!

My late grandfather was a regular here and traveled here at least once a month from the 1990's to early 2000's. I decided to check this place out and venture down from South Lake Tahoe! What a cool low key place staff is super friendly and other patrons at the card tables are always nice and friendly . Food is great with great service and super affordable cafe and CV Steak is really good. TJ'S Corral is awesome to see a concert in! Great drink prices also. The small but fun sports book I really enjoy and Joey is a great guy ! We miss Walter rest his sole he also was a great very friendly guy in the sports book. I have yet to stay in the rooms but will soon only heard good things about them! It's a nice change of pace from South Lake Tahoe great small town casino vibes and friendly staff

Excellent as always. Love this place and everything about. Good food too. Never have to leave this place to enjoy yourself

We usually have a really great time at CVI, we’ve been coming to the hotel and casino for years. My husband and I tried calling to inquire about a room to stay at for the weekend and spoke to the most rude person I think we’ve ever had a conversation with. Courtney if you read this review, your customer service skills are absolutely horrendous. I try to only write positive reviews but I could not believe how unprofessional and disgusting your attitude was. I hope you have the day you deserve.

I love carson valley inn I go there all the time. The only think I didnt like was that the blood orange shampoo and conditioner made my hair sticky. The food is good. The room is good.
