Carriage Motel

I was looking for a place to stay with my kids on a trip to Woodstock. This motel was within walking distance to ice cream, the river, restaurants, and a tavern. Although a little outdated, our room was super clean. When I notified the front desk that our toilet was running, they came in an installed a brand new toilet! How's that for great service? :-) Oh, and the kids really appreciated having a pool onsite for swimming. I would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely love this motel, it's location and what it has to offer. I have been a returning customer for the past few years through different management and I still find the place enjoyable. It is inexpensive which is perfect for saving money for all of the surrounding attractions. On the property, they have an outdoor swimming pool, game room, and grills to cook your own food. There's a store across the street with meats to cook over a fire. There is a stream that follows a line of stores with an access point to play by the water. There is so much available and all in walking distance, and close to local attractions when driving, as well. Love this place, it remains a favorite.

Now called Inn 32. Hiker friendly. They picked us up from the trail and brought us here! The owners are super nice. Room is clean with a fridge & microwave. Outdoor pool. Wayne's Market across the street makes excellent hot sandwiches & salads and has fruits & veggies. 24 hour laundromat across the street too. Great location.

Motel is exactly what it should be very clean great location and friendly. My wife 2 year old grandson and myself spent the weekend it is somewhat dated but very comfortable and functional the owners are clearly working to improve where most needed I'm giving this a 5 star in comparison to other motels in the area at the same price range mainly due to cleanliness and location. I will not hesitate to stay here again

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Terrible service - I've never felt less welcome anywhere else than I did while staying here. It's definitely worth the extra few dollars to stay anywhere else. Hell, pull over and sleep in your car and you will be far better off than even thinking about staying at this establishment. Their website does not actually book the room you click on; I booked a 2-bed reservation through the website, though there was only 1 bed in the room when I arrived. I asked for a cot to be delivered in order to remedy the situation and it never arrived, leaving me to sleep on the floor for the duration of the two night reservation. The landlord is a control freak who actually evicted me and my friend from the room, claiming he "smelled drugs." Though the smoke detector never went off, no
