Mediocre at best air-conditioned quit roaches in the room no help from the attendant in fact he put his phone on voice mail for 100.00 a night I expect more

Not good!! I am in my car instead of sharing the room with roaches. A little infestation going on in there. For the price of $85.00 you would think they could take care of this problem. I would rather sleep in my car than take the bugs home in my belongings

Currently trying to get a refund . Due to having bed bugs in ! The first room the sheets had stains . And we were told we couldn’t get new sheets and we couldn’t get the refund . So they change the rooms to room 131 . All night tossing and turning and I finally wake up and I’m bite up. Immediately I got up and got my belongings out the room . Came to the office and they only can give me a refund for one night . I will share a photo but I will be taking further actions

Well looks can be deceiving!!! Gentlemen at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. We had 3 rooms all 3 rooms where extremely clean. Way better than the days inn just up the road!!! And the beds where so soft yea the sheets could be upgraded but other than that I can’t say anything negative about this place. Also the bathrooms were remodeled, with walk in showers, and tile floors. Idk where these negative people are staying but it wasn’t here. Maybe u had a chip on your shoulder just because of the way it looked on the outside. And u had an attitude with the guy up front and he was just returning the favor. Oh well no bugs that I saw either.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The room was nasty and the have roaches. Understandable I just need a place to stay for the night so I was looking for the Ritz, but roaches no thank you. I ended up just leaving and getting back on the road if I couldn't sleep no need to stay. So a waste of my money, I wish you were able to inspect the room before you pay.. A lot of places would be out of business or people that's use to that kind of life style staying there..
