An excellent hotel walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and splash pad. Very friendly and kind staff. Rooms were dated but very clean. Ours came with a second half bath, which was great for a family. Pool was small but warmed and very quaint. We showed up after a cruise and they squeezed us into a room before our scheduled check in time.

Location, broadwalk are great but this motel is right across the street from Charnow Park ( where you will also see numerous homeless people)and their MULTIPLE paddle ball courts. You will hear loud noise nearly EVERY minute of your stay from morning to late night. I am shocked no other reviews mentioned this. This was dealing breaker and we will never stay here again.

We’ve stay here for the last 3 years, the location is great! The rooms are clean but starting to look very worn. The deck furniture is in bad shape, needs new cushions. The pool should be taken care of every day and we didn’t see anybody. What irritated me most this time is the morning of checkout, we went to breakfast, we were back 40 minutes before checkout and the cleaning lady had taken some of our things! We did get them back, but really??

I've stayed here many times over the years. It's a solid five-star for Hollywood Beach Motels. Location! Pool! Remodeled rooms! Great staff! Parking available! A park steps away, the beach steps away, and eateries steps away. I've noticed that the negative reviews are mostly over two years old and from people who appeared to be breaking policies of the establishment. This establishment has two facilities. With close to the same name. One has pool access. Know which one you are reserving. I like both. Remember, It's a motel. That practically puts you on the beach. Hotels in walking distance range from $350 to $600 per night. A great disparity in cost.

This place was disgusting. When i first got there, i opened the fridge and there were ants everywhere. Then, i looked at the beds. There were yellow stains on my sheets and they smelled horrible. The floors were not cleaned and my feet were black after walking on it for 2 minutes. The pool stunk of bleach and urine, not to mention the sand residue at the bottom of the pool. If all of that wasn't enough, the rooftop area had piles of vomit. My silverware in the kitchen drawer was dirty. On the stove provided, there was heaps of crusted on black residue. Then we move on to the staff, oh the staff. They yelled at my 2 toddlers for crying after they tripped on the uneven tiles by the pool, and they fined me $500 because they wouldn't stop crying.
