Caribbean Resort by the Ocean

I expected a nice room after viewing photos online- Great photographer- nothing like photos. Poor indoor air quality- strong mildew smell. Sign in the bathrooms saying do not flush toilet paper- You are to put soiled tp in the trash can next to the toilet. Very unsanitary and would assume the smell would be a problem. |We left the room immediately but there was no one in office to check out with. I called the next day and was told I would not be receiving any refund due to their no cancellation policy. I felt the room was unsafe, unsanitary, and unhealthy and management didn't care.

I enjoyed my stay, my room was nice and very clean. It was small, but it even had a kitchen. I think they need to upgrade their cable system for the TV. It did not work that well. The next time I will request a room farther away from the tiki bar, so not to hear the music so loud in my room.

Really can’t say enough good things about this place. Room was great, full-size kitchen, and the tiki bar with live music is such an amazing addition. Good beer prices, too. Oh, and a heated saltwater pool! The people working there were all super nice and helpful, and they safely held onto my headphones that I left behind for a couple days before realizing they were missing. The location is also perfection. Steps from the beach, a few minutes walk to the bandshell, all in all a really great experience.

Just steps to the beach. This an older hotel but room was very clean. Great water pressure in shower. Service was fantastic. Loved that it had coffee shops and restaurants/ shops in just 1 minute walk. I would definitely stay there again

Location is amazing maybe 40 yards to ocean and boardwalk full of bars and restaurants. Has on site tiki bar full size. My room had a full kitchenette .....loved that. Problem: the parking is extra and not included.....this part I very much dislike. If you book with booking.com it seems as if the parking is included "it is not"
