I stayed here for about a month for work and found it to be pleasant and operated by good people. You can even buy fresh eggs here. The rent was quite low by comparison to other campgrounds. No issues with water, power or sewer. There's a washer with hot water for $1.50 and dryer $,25 cents at a time and took about a $1-$1.50 to dry a load of wash. Members of my crew stayed at other parks in the area and this park was better spacing, cleaner and quiet. There were fire rings and some picnic tables, grass and trees. Not just gravel and rubble like some others. Overall a good place to stay.
Came out to South Dakota for work and it happened to be pheasant opener. Hotels were booked out. I brought my camera out from Minnesota and had hook up and a hot shower. Couldn't ask for anything else. Owner was super nice. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed!
Very nice relaxing camp ground. Thank you for your hospitality.
It was a perfect stop for us on our trip home across southern South Dakota.
