Outhouse bathroom with a nice handicapped fishing access that juts out over the river. Boat ramp available right there. Fire pits and picnic tables at most camp sites. Not overcrowded and kind of secluded area off of Highway 312. Will camp there again. Free camping with a MT conservation license!
Great spot, we were a little weary at first driving back there but once we got there lots of people were camping (but not too many). There was plenty of space for us to camp for the night. Bathroom wasn’t bad. Woke up to a beautiful sunrise over the river and the sound of the cows in the fields.
Loved it, right along the Yellowstone river. Close enough to the Interstate but far enough not to hear it. What you could hear was the train whistle several times a day. Would have given a 5 star rating if not for that.
A lot of camping spots with large trees for privacy. Reasonable amount of firepits and access to wood piles. Not that much traffic, and the toilet is well maintained. Also a dope place for rockhounding, catfishing, hunting, and the people who do come in are friendly and respectful
Nice quiet spot on the river. Level parking spots. Room for any size RV. Mower grassy area. Room for about 6-7 RVs. A few picnic tables. Vault toilet that is "ok".
