Capri Inn and Suites

Place is absolutely disgusting for what they charge. There was black mold in the wall next to the air conditioner and i left after feeling sick. The bed is on a metal box that sounds terrible anytime you move and the “manager” guy is extremely rude and not personable at all. Do not give your money to these people.

My husband and I needed a quick place the night before going to six flages.||$80. got us a king bed room that looked fine...SO WE THOUGHT!!||Bed was hard. TV was fine. Bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. Poop staines under the seat on the bowl. Shower was full of hairs on the tiles......YUGH!!!||||RUN!!!

I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Capri Inn & Suites during a trip with my two young children and disabled mother. Despite having a valid Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter issued by a licensed mental health professional, which is recognized under federal law. I was denied service and told I needed to present a “registered” service animal certificate. Let me be clear: there is no legal or government mandated registry for ESAs or service animals. According to the Fair Housing Act and the Air Carrier Access Act, the only document legally required for an ESA is a legitimate letter from a qualified mental health provider. I had that. We needed a place to stay near family for 2 nights. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable with nice cotton bedding, good water pressure in the shower and for a very reasonable price.

The staff was friendly but the rooms were not that clean. The shower curtain was filthy. The mattress was comfortable. Easy access to the room from the parking lot. Technology for electronics is outdated. I should have looked harder for a place to stay while visiting family in the area. A place for someone like a trucker or construction worker to crash a few nights.
