Capitol Motel

This place is now an Airbnb and probably the worst experience Ive ever had. The room wasn't listed on the welcome note, and they took forever to get back to me. The "onsite" manager made me leave over how I parked lol then proceeded to tell me I wouldn't be happy there since I couldn't park where she told me to ( stupidest thing I've ever had to deal with in my life). Moving onto the rooms - the rooms smell horrid and the carpet is crunchy. Ew. I will say at least the bathroom was mostly pristine. If you're in a pinch and are absolutely bottom of the barrel needing a place to stay....this is for you. If not, highly highly recommend staying somewhere else .

The man who owns this motel is such a great guy. I have a nice and VERY CLEAN room. When i go to a motel I always take cleansing supplies because I know the bathroom will not be up to my standards but finally I didn't need to clean the bathroom was spotless. I cant say enough good things about this little motel. Be sure to stop by.

I love this place.... Love this motel, and love this town. I was pleasantly surprised at all the history in this little town. First UT state capitol was here and is now a museum with the original jail inside. Pioneer Market is not just a market, it's a must visit. Ask about the museum upstairs and everything is for sale. Okay, back to the motel. Very old, but extremely clean. Cleaner than most more current upgrade motels. Staying here was a great step back in time... And I won't even tell you how inexpensive it is. More than worth it, for sure!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We are on a motorcycle road trip. Even thou it is a little dated. Was very nice. Clean rooms and comfy bed. The towels were better then my experience bath sheets I have at home. The owner was great. He was able to answer all our questions about the area. A must stay.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Not worth there money!!!! They wouldn't give us any new towels or bedding for a week and wouldn't let us use a broom or vacuum. I have two young kids and they put their dirty hands on the bed and left a Lil Mark and the manager was trying to say it all needed to be professionally cleaned hahaha a joke. Don't waste our time. You'd be better off sleeping in your vehicle or at a park in the lawn.
