Horrible place to stay. The front desk clerk had a question and when he called his manager in, the manager was so rude and dropped the F-bomb at least 5 times in a 1 minute period. He admitted he had been drinking and was so upset he had to come answer a simple question. The room smelled SO STRONGLY of pee and the the chain locking the door was missing and looked like it had been ripped from the wall. The bathroom looked like the repairs had been done by a blind person. The ice machine didn’t work, the TV didn’t work and when I called the front desk numerous times, no one answered. The “continental breakfast” was orange juice, apple juice, coffee and apples.|Do not stay here. I will be keeping a good eye on my bank account to make sure I get my $50 deposit back.

I recently stayed at Amerihost Inn & Suites Fulton and had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the front‐desk staff was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and they took time to answer my questions about local restaurants and amenities. The room itself was comfortable and clean—an inviting place to unwind after a day on the road. The bed was cozy, the sheets looked fresh, and the bathroom had all the expected toiletries and conveniences like a microwave and mini-fridge. Just please don’t waste your time, keep on driving to a hotel in Columbia. We stopped here after a last minute family emergency, was looking forward to the jacuzzi tub in the room, was not working so we switched rooms, the second room was disgusting, looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned. The toilet had pee in it, toilet paper on the ground and tub was chipped and cracked. Hated to be that person but no, that’s disgusting. So switched us to a third room where the tub was also not working, it would not turn on. The heating/cooling wouldn’t turn on either, the shower had a ring of dirt around it and nothing felt clean. We checked in late and were too tired to keep on driving home but just dealt with it. Save your money, go on. It’s not worth it, promise.

The description of this hotel online is NOT accurate. It is NoT well lit- the lights outside are like strobe lights- and it’s so dark I couldn’t even find the entrance to the hotel - I booked and paid online which was probably something I’ll think more about in the future. I went in the guy at the counter was nice - aside from calling me honey at least 2 x’s in the 5 minutes it took to check in- he never asked for my id or cc- no proof of who I was or if I was the same person who booked the room- to me- not caring who was there. I pulled up right in front of the door- which - didn’t.
