Great little lake, has two sides. Upper and lower. Lots of tables, get there early if you want one with a cover. Or bring a canopy. There is a maintenance person that stays there I believe, but I haven't seen a park ranger in forever.
Very clean and well maintained. The water is great and perfect for kids. Lots of shaded picnic tables each with their own bbq grill. Only $5 per vehicle, not per person. A family of 7 and we had a lot of fun!
This was another great ride, missed the trail that goes around the lake but it had great scenery, there is a 5 dollar admission fee, but it was worth it.
