Caney Creek Resort

Had a great experience here!!!! People are super friendly here and everything is super clean! You can tell this place is well taken care of. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me when it comes to staying at a hotel and the house keeper is on top of it! Everything seems updated here too like the room look a bit modern and I didn’t see any bugs or dirtiness in the shower. Also, the bar next door is a good vibe. If you’re going to stay in Kingston come here it worth it and the tv comes with Netflix and YouTube. Great experience overall. They have everything right next to each other store/restaurant, bar, gas station and the lake down the road if you have a boat

I went to Caney Creek Resort for a girls weekend trip, there was five of us. We had a blast! It was very convenient the way the set-up is with the general store, restaurant, pool, and bar on site, you really do not have to leave. We rented a golf cart from Classic Golf Carts. They delivered it to the resort. That is how everyone gets around there to the marina and another bar across the way. About the rooms: The room we stayed in was the 2 bedrooms with 4 full size beds. They were very comfy in my opinion. Plenty of pillows. There are pictures on here showing a cook-top stove but there was not one in our room so we had to go and buy a skillet to make breakfast. Rooms and other details I am not aware of I stop in often I have not ate there until the other day I noticed they had a new cook 😀 the diner was slow but she was quick and was running some specials I had never seen I tried her philly fries and loved them every staff member that was there was friendly and smiling food was delicious

Cover charge 4 hours before the bands starts. We paid it, not knowing it was so far off. Just wanted to have dinner. We were ready to leave, band still had not started, asked the manager for our cover charge refund...Nope. We'll never be back.

We did not stay there the location is very convenient and they have 100%gas the lady that runs the register did great for a busy weekend the cafe was great she had a smile on her face and got the food out quickly we will be back
