Candlewood Suites Watertown-Fort Drum by IHG

Good location near Walmart. Room was clean. We had plenty of room to visit our son. Nice 3 star Hotel for short visits. No breakfast available. Free coffee was nice.

Positive: The staff were friendly. Negative: The hotel was extremely loud making it very hard to sleep. It also could use a good cleaning as it had an odd smell and there was a lot of dust and dirt on the floors.

If I could give this hotel a thousand star review I would! Great staff, extremely helpful and understanding! Rooms well above clean and free laundry facilities! We quite enjoyed our stay!

My family and I spent 6 days at the hotel. We liked our rooms. They were clean and spacious. Tye staff was helpful and friendly. We asked for a dining table and got it from the hotel. A couple of times though we heard other people and our bath was scratched. It did not bother though. There is a free grill area at the back parking lot. I am sure it would be appreciated if there were more space for guests. It was important for us that the hotel offered free cancellation until one before check in date. The other important thing for us was a relative proximity to a number of attractions in the area. So it all worked well.

Walmart & shopping center right next door along with several restaurants & gas station nearby. Quick drive to Watertown. Clean building & friendly staff. Suites are spacious. Low rates, good place to rest.
