The room was spotless and extremely well-maintained. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work, as everything was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Really nice hotel in a fun area with restaurants nearby. We walked across the street to LaMision and were very happy with having it so close for a nice dinner. They could probably use a second person for the front desk as they have to be in two places at once but it is becoming standard for this to be a belt tightening if it’s not a very busy lobby. Two was always the minimum until Covid. The side door door Nob and lock was broken clean off and cold wind was coming through. I’ve never had a security lack at a nice hotel before and it wasn’t mentioned at the front desk. If I were traveling alone or with children I would have demanded my money back and went somewhere else. Room was clean except the toilet seat was left up which is also never been the case. Nothing overly wrong per se. Empty toiletry bottles and a sink that doesn’t drain as well as avalanche sounding ice maker(which is nice to have I guess) when it discharges are a few things I can think of. The room however was not even remotely worth the nearly $300/night charge though. Absolutely mind blowing that that is the going rate for this hotel.

I previously booked a room and the lady in the front I believe her name was Mercedes she was very kind, helpful, and gave me a very welcoming and whole hearted experience. I had a great stay with no complaints nor issues and I come to Midland for work often so I will definitely be booking here again. The hotel was clean, accommodating, friendly, and overall great I highly recommend for anyone looking to stay!
