Nicely setup. We had a double queen room with a kitchenette with full size fridge and a bathroom with a roll-in shower. Everything was very clean, the kitchenette was nicely equipped for cooking and eating and even cleanup with a dishwasher. They even have a lending cupboard at the front desk for items you might need that other guest left behind (you can check them out). They have free laundry facilities which is wonderful, although not all machines were working and many times, regardless of time off day, they were in full use by other guest. The gym is very nice, and super clean. We didn't visit the pool as it was unseasonably cold. But it looked clean. I had quite a few issues that I brought to the hotels attention,I felt very un herd and things got swept under the rug. Most of the issues were just small but wanted to at least bring it to there attention. A coulpe of the issues were the dishwasher was broke, they fixed it and the person who came to fix it was not in uniform so I was not really sure if he was a staff member or not at 1st. I found a lot of hair in bathroom/ towels, a lot of marks and drity marks on the walls there was old paint chips on floor behind curtains. The AC barley worked. A biger concern for me was that the dead bolt did not work like it should have.They would not address any of these issues when I brought it up to them. Stayed here while my wife was in the hospital. Had to extend my stay 3 times and they were always wonderful about not only making sure I could extend my stay but even keeping me in the same room. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything. The entire hotel was clean and inviting. The location was quiet and convenient for us but was also just a quick drive away from everything you could need. There are cheaper hotels for sure but if you are looking for a nice clean extended stay hotel with a wonderful staff this is the place to stay! About the only downside was the room could sometimes get a little hot when their energy saving thermostats did not recognize movement in the room at night, but this was a minor issue.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I loved that I was able to bring my precious puppy along. I had a studio room, set up like an apartment. The kitchen has dishes, pots, a fridge with ice maker. The room was clean and very spacious. The bathroom is very big! Didn't get to enjoy the pool or gym due to medical reasons. I'll definitely be sure to dip in the pool and run a mile or 2 on the treadmill there on my next visit, because I'll definitely be returning!!!

Have never been happier to check out of Hotel! Manager is a jerk, NO HOT WATER. And we were not alone with the water issue. The night shift was definitely more helpful, the young lady that works front desk in the morning is extremely rude and nothing more than the managers mini me. Also how do you pay for a room and have no parking? This location really needs new training, I've been in the hospitality business for 25 years and this is 100% not the way to treat guests.
