⭐ 1/5 — One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place.This hotel is nothing like the photos and the grounds reeked of cigarette smoke, and the overall appearance felt rundown and neglected.The receptionist looked completely unprofessional and acted like basic customer service was an inconvenience. There was no parking available for me, and when I explained that I needed to cancel because of this, I was met with zero empathy. She told me to park at a Holiday Inn or even a Walmart down the street—an absolutely ridiculous and unsafe suggestion. When I told her this was unreasonable, she then said she would mark me as a no-show and charge me anyway. I absolutely love Tiffany and Kim. They made my stay at Candlewood so welcoming like I was family. The hotel was so clean, they had fresh cookies at the front and always willing to help or just talk (which I could listen to them all day with their awesome accent) I give this hotel 5 stars. Thank you Tiffany and Kim. Yall need a raise for sure!!

Hotel has excellent staff, friendly front desk, very clean. Rooms are nice and roomy. Bed was a bit firm for my liking but other than that I have only two minor complaints: 1) VERY pricy for a one night stay (you’d think I was staying near a popular venue or attending an event), 2) the fire detector located directly over the bed blinks brightly in a dark room and is very distracting. Other than that, I highly recommend using this hotel. Having Benny B’s right next door is also a plus to grab a good meal.

If you stay there contracted to a client be sure they understand the client covers ALL charges to the room on your per diem as the client covers all charges with their card as per contractual agreement.|They will insist you provide your own card anyway, and if you arrive late at night? They have you over a barrel.|That is how they forced me to provide my banking information.|They recently charged my personal business account for a charge that had routinely been covered by my per diem expenses and refused to refund the money.|Sort of "swept it under the rug" and hoped it would go away so to speak.|I call that a lack of professional integrity. |Not to mention the hotel shares parking with a nearby bar, my new truck has been dented tw

We had to come here for my husbands classes for offshore requirements. There are 3 hotels in a row and all of them look about the same. None have pools. I chose this hotel because reviews said it was clean. It was really clean. I hate staying in hotels. Our bedding was all fresh and washed including the comforter and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was all clean and the kitchenette was very nice and clean. I always check everything when we stay somewhere before I lay down and I was very happy with it all. The front desk is nice with delicious cookies. My only complaint was the hand sanitizer containers around the hotel weren’t full. I did go into the gym and laundry area and they were really nice and clean too. I would say to stay here for peace of mind if you are particular a
