Canal Bridge Campground

Love this campground. We go on our girls trip every year. The sites are always well maintained, there is a central bathroom and a shower with hot water. The guy Jeff who manages the place is awesome and really busts his butt to keep things running smoothly.

It's ok. Parking prices are quite high for daily parking. They should have more staff on hand as people park like animals at times taking up multiple spots. Last time we stopped in the was a car racing around the dirt circle drive. We left...

Great place to camp I'm sure, but we used it as a put out spot when tubing down the Saco from Swan Falls Campground. With stops it was about a 5 hour tube ride. Best day of our whole vacation.

Beware of posion ivy. Path to beach is covered in posion ivy and I had a terrible rash from it. It was also on our campsite. Mosquitos were also terrible. The campground has several low lying areas where they breed. The bathroom were disgusting. No hot water in shower. The check-in shack smelled of weed. The beach and river was nice but the campground itself was not. This campground is not family friendly.

My boyfriend and I stayed here after a long day at the river and we were treated so kindly. We didn’t stay long we needed a place to sleep and have fun. We stayed up and enjoyed an awesome time with our camp neighbors, good energy all around that place. The owner Jeff!! Is amazing and we even got to meet his sidekick buck!! We showered in the morning and it was freezing for us but I don’t think we could figure out how to make it warm lol!!! But they offer showers, beautiful views, pincnic tables&a fire pit at every site, firewood&ice are available at the office. I didn’t used many other amenities but they have so much to offer. I would stay here again and I believe next year for our annual Saco river trip that’s what we’ll be doing!!!
