Camping on the Bayou – St. Martinville, Louisiana ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My Harvest Host stay at Camping on the Bayou was one of the most genuinely welcoming experiences I’ve had in all of Louisiana. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Howard’s electrician, who made sure I was properly welcomed and connected to power with care and hospitality. Shortly after, a true Southern-style welcome wagon arrived, complete with thoughtful gifts and heartfelt conversation. I had the honor of meeting Mr. Wiltz, Howard’s cousin, who proudly shared the deep family history rooted in this beautiful region, along with Mary from the St. Martinville Chamber of Commerce and several other relatives who came simply to make sure I felt at home.
