Campground | New Brighton State Beach

We visited this campground for the first time in our camper van. We were fortunate to book two consecutive nights on the spot. The campground and bathrooms were clean with supplied toilet paper, but bring your own soap. There are two paths leading to the beach from the campground. Dogs on a leash are permitted on both the campground and the beach. Very quiet at night, but in the morning you can hear some traffic in the distance. Grocery shopping and restaurants are a few miles away.

What an amazing Campground, we arrived around 6pm, we didn't have a reservation, you can camp for a day of whatever days you want. The Campground is well kept,bathrooms are clean and fully packed with toilet paper, warm water to shower and what i loved the most is that i could wash my dishes with warm water, haha the was super awesome 😄 Has beautiful views to the ocean.😍

Such a great campground. Lots of trees and greenery between you and your neighbor. The oceanfront sights are the best as they are huge and can accommodate several tents in addition to a trailer or RV. The restrooms and showers are well maintained. There are two trails down to the beach. The northern one is much easier and more gradual to get down to the sand. Great spot.

A spacious campsite with the soothing sound of waves to send you off to sleep. It’s peaceful and calming—if the white noise doesn’t bother you at night. The restroom facilities are clean and functional, making for a comfortable stay.
