Camp Palomar

It was beautiful! I enjoyed walking around. The temperature was in 60's. Perfect!

Sorry, this camp has the right idea but the facility is lacking in cleanliness and offerings for the kids who come here. The food offerings are HORRIBLE NO PERSON should be served the food they are serving chicken that was so dry and looked 3 days old under a heat lamp shame on you offering that to kids that don't have a choice! The rooms and bathrooms are filthy im here on a retreat with my son and his 6th grade class along with 7th and 8th students. There are no morning offerings like hot chocolate muffins or fruit. There is no heater in the dorm and in the common area there is no sitting. No proper offerings for the students or parents who join them. It's shameful because this place SHOULD BE CLEANER AND THE FOOD SHOULD BE ALOT BETTER. Im not expecting BOUGIE but I do EXPECT A CLEAN B

This is a beautiful Cristian camp for children and lots activities for them and a beautiful forest you can smell the air so pure,

Camp Palomar, the one that allowed students to come up for a couple of days during sixth grade has unfortunately been closed for for the better part of 10 years now. Really sad to see it go, but it is what it is. Wish they allowed people to make reservations in the cabins and stuff though.
