Awful owners/management!!! This park recently flooded and they had ZERO communication with people who stay at the park. People woke up to water at their doors. Rv inn style never once reached out to their residents to encourage them to evacuate or head to one of their other parks. People were left to fend for themselves and scrambling in several feet of water. The citizens of Kalama came together to help people get out. Most of their residents parked across the street and had to sleep with no power or water. And then they had the nerve to post on social media that “they” were able to safely get everyone out. They were NO WHERE TO BE FOUND and had zero involvement. This company makes me sick. Do not support these liars!

If I could give this park a zero star I would. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. They are liars. I was told to pay for a full month and I would get a refund when I left the park. I left in the middle of the month and NEVER got a refund. The manager said they took back their promise to refund me even after he had email proof they told me to pay this way. I wasn’t the only person they stole money from, it was an issue with other people as well.

We stayed for one night Friday 10/3 in a premium spot for $93.00. There office was closed upon are arrival at 4:30 and upon our departure the next morning. This place was horrible. It was fairly easy to overlook the mud pit we had to park in but the bathrooms were a toxic wasteland. The probably haven't been clean for a week. Which is a huge problem to the over 30 full time residents there. We were debating to just writeoff our fee and continue down the road. the bathrooms were so dirty that I would not allow my wife even to see one. Garbage piled up and toilets overflowing. Added insult was the ice machine was broken. We didn't feel safe using the dump station. to call this place a S***hole is being to kind. I called to discuss the situation with the corporate office but after 30 minut

Really run down new owners don't care about fixing anything and prices just keep climbing wouldn't recommend until it gets straightned out.. it has lots of potential and could have excellent fishing.. owners don't care about staff cleanliness really nothing but money

The location is convenient. The site was level. Office and restaurant were closed, so we reserved over the phone. Lots of full timers at this park. Someone knocked on our door and asked if they could take our picnic table. The site behind ours had bags and bags of trash piled around the font of their trailer.
