Interlaken is the cutest little family gem that you’re going to want to return to every summer! We have a 1, 3, and 7 year old and the cabin fit us all comfortably and (we were able to fit a pack and play in the room with bunk beds for a extra special sibling sleepover!) The kids loved to use the kayaks and paddleboards offered and wanted to play in the lake all day. On rainy days, there’s a game rooms, board games and a plethora of dvds to explore with the family. Sarah and Brandon are friendly and accommodating hosts and wonders, and if you’re lucky, you can catch a yoga class in town with Sarah :) The resort even offers a free laundry room to use! Our 3 year old declared she’s going to live here forever so when you book your trip; make sure to say to her for us, too ;)

Our family has been coming to Interlaken for several years now and it is the best! Cabins are great you can’t beat being right on the lake! Our kids enjoy kayaking, fishing and swimming at the resort. It’s centrally located where day trips to surrounding attractions is easy! Being pet friendly and having laundry on site is a huge bonus as well. Can’t say enough good things about Interlaken we will continue to book our stays here, overall great experience every time.

Interlaken is the cutest, family friendly gem of a place to spend a week on the lake with your family in the yoop! picture bonfires, beach time and bbq with the fam. day trip to pictured rocks or taquamenon falls! but that’s only if you can convince the kids to leave because this place offers a sandy beach with toys, a playground, kayaks and paddleboards on the most beautiful lake! (not to mention a plethora of board games, dvds, and a game room for rainy days but we wont put that into the world 🤫) our 3 year old declared she’s living there forever now. say hello to her when you visit 😉

Perfect location from which to relax or explore the upper peninsula. Hosts are fantastic. Cabins are well equipped and clean. Beautiful sunrises.
