Camp Farnsworth

I went here a few years ago. Never again. First of all, there was this thing where the counselors would have candy in their cabin and kids would get them via a small container we had to have (it was on the packing list). I had misplaced it and went with my friend anyway. The counselor outright refused to give me so much as one WRAPPED reeces cup. It wasnt like it would cause germs, everything was wrapped. I was the only one without one (and yes, I brought the container, but it had fallen behind my bed) One of my friends was prone to panic attacks and a counselor coldly pushed her away because she wanted to go home after having multiple panic attacks within two days. Didn't even try to calm her. A lot of mean campers, but that isn't the camps fault. What is their fault is the lack of disa

Good news, everyone! Camp Farnsworth hosted an SCA event I attended and it was beautiful. The grounds are well cared for, natural, and clean. The restroom and shower facilities were clean and in good working order. Road was solid and had no potholes. I did not speak with any Farnsworth staff but am thankful they allowed us to use their site.

I have gone there for a while this will be my 5th year. I have already started packing ( there is four months until camp) but I am way to excited to spend my birthday there AGAIN this year

My daughter can't wait to go her. So many of her relatives have either worked or gone here themselves!
