Camp Coldbrook RV Resort

This campground has been one of the worst I have ever stayed at. The seasonals blasted music the entire stay, and I do mean BLASTED. All throughout the day, and even louder at night. FAR past quiet time. Till 3 am they have music blasting and they were screaming into their microphones. We tried asking them nicely to quiet down so the kids could sleep and we were met with swearing and yelling. The entire campground can hear them at their site. They also ride around in their strobing and flashing golfcart with a very loud speaker. The staff was informed a few times and did nothing to stop it. If you have children or if you value sleeping more than 15 minutes a night do not book a site here. We have come a few years in a row and will not be returning.

Don’t come here if you like sleeping at reasonable hours. I type this past midnight because the karaoke session is so loud at someone’s site two streets away we can hear it through the walls of our camper. We called the office an hour ago and guess what, no one did a thing because my kids drove by and saw the truck of the guy who was working the office parked at the party. I feel bad for anyone in tents or tent trailers if it’s this loud for us. Won’t be back here again and very likely won’t complete my stay.

Absolutely the WORST camping experience ever. Campground is an absolute rundown dump full for unpoliced and unruly Seasonal Campers. Music was allowed to be blaring all day and night long. Fireworks through the night. Idiots throwing gas and pallets on their campfires. Golf course is an overground field. Rec. Hall shut down and condemned with mold everywhere. Playground half completed with various electrical wires coming up out of the ground. Our site hookups for water and electric were over 75 feet away and sewer was over 40 feet away, forcing us to purchase or borrow extra hoses. 30 amp electric hook up for our site did not work. Broken glass and cigarette butts were littered throughout our site. This campground has been taken over by a bunch of out of controlled misfits who are allowed

With a name like "Camp Coldbrook Golf and RV resort" you expect to come into someplace that is well manicured, well staffed and frankly elegant. Well, if that is what you are looking for. This is NOT your place. If you notice all of the good reviews were prior to the new manager taking over. Since John has been here it's not well kept, it's not always a happy place and it's definitely not maintained properly. ||If you are looking for an old school campground with great people camping, this is a great place. but do NOT expect anything of a resort. The clubhouse that they advertise is closed. Permanently! It has turned into a storage building for a crappy zero turn mower and other stuff. The video games site unused and the bar is lonely. The management in the office didnt clarify where I was supposed to be stationed after lying to my face and telling me I was in thw wrong spot because someone else was suppose to be in our designated camp spot that they never labeled. He proceeded to ignore us and when i spoke up was dismissed. I enjoy the staff that help the place run but id rather camp in my yard over camping here with the BIG guy in management that does nothing.
