Locals' campground for Stone Hill Climbing area, Koocanusa. Rexford Bench a little less primitive. You have a little cell coverage, especially if you go uphill to where you can seen back into Eureka to the SE.
3 mile slow drive back due to huge, swallow your car pot holes. It's Pretty back there. Love it in the fall color. Great star viewing. It can be a party scene with trash left behind.
Has a table and grill but there are cows on the ground for open range
It quite,place with streams but only a few camp area.also if you don't mine cows thay stay to them self but share the camp ground to.two thumbs up
Great place to camp especially for free. Fire pits and picnic tables at every site. What more can you ask for
