Camelot Campground

This is a fine campground to pass through on the way to somewhere else. There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed: - The playground is in disrepair. There are numerous hazards for little kids; screws that are sticking out pointed end into a walk way, and nails that are rusty and a danger to bare feet. - The dump station leaves something to be desired as well. The non potable hook up was inoperable on the one side, and there was no way to hook up a hose for the black tank flush on the other side. There is no potable water source available. There is a lot of road traffic if you're looking for a peaceful escape. Additionally, the fire wood we purchased was unfortunately wet requiring a lot of fire starters, charcoal, and lighter fluid to get it to burn. On another note, t

Was just passing thru town and stayed here for a couple of nights. Staff was super friendly. Big rig friendly. Wish it was warmer because the beach and the pool both looked fabulous. Would stay here again.

Stayed 4th weekend and had an amazing time very family friendly. All other campers were very nice as well. Very good firework show

Family owned, friendly, pleasant campground with lakefront. Tent sites are reasonably level, all amenities are leaky and questionable, the working shower stalls didn't look too good (there is hot water). Pool is small and dated but clean and present. It's fine if you don't need much, four stars for being super cheap!

Very very respectful owners and workers that will.go to all ends to make your time there pleasant. Very clean very well ran. Campers there are so over whelming kind and helpful. Worth going to camp any day
