Cadenza Miami

Stayed here thru Airbnb for our cruise in January 2026 and it was THE best experience. You want to book this place. Communication was extremely fast and explained the details on check in-checkout clearly! The building was easily accessible, fast elevators, clean room (1609), plenty of space for 2 couples to have their own space and bathrooms. Beds were really comfortable too. Bayside Marketplace was across the street. The Uber fair was cheap over to the terminal from here as well! Our room was 1609 and it had phenomenal views of the port and the boats coming and going. There is current construction adjacent to this building but it was not any bother to us. We will stay here again! Thank you!!

This was a poorly run Air Bnb (listed online as a hotel). Upon our early arrival, we were told we could leave our luggage downstairs (which requires a payment), however, there was no more availability for luggage storage. The room was still not clean by the 3pm check-in time. The individual in charge (Enzo) gave us access to the room, and the cleaners rushed to finish. The was no top sheet on the bed, no towels or body soap in the bathroom and the shower was full of mold. The jacuzzi was also not working and the pool was cold. Would not recommend.

Great apartment, super clean and beautiful design. Location is amazing too, and the pool coworking space and gym is awesome. Will happily come back!
