Cactus Inn & Suites

Service could be better. Beware they say they clean your room 2 times a week. They give you fresh towels, ask if you need anything at the worst time. Usually they come by when your When they come in I dont think I ever seen a mopped floor after i checked in long term. Alot of days they were suppose to refresh and didn't or just did the towels.. In the end they throw your stuff away like they had no clue how to get ahold of you.

I would give management and service more than five stars if I could, but the overall location is not what I would consider a good family spot. I was very uncomfortable being there with my toddler and did not even feel comfortable leaving our valuables in the room had we ended up staying there. The regular live-in tenants came off as a bit menacing. The whole outside of the building smelled like weed. The inside of the room felt dirty clean and the second lock on the door was ripped off. If these are your vibes, go for it, but I would not recommend for small children. Thankfully management moved us across the street to the Comfort Inn (same ownership,) at no additional cost, due to an issue we had with the heater, that also persisted in the alternative rooms they were going to move us

Stayed here a couple times. The rooms were clean and cozy. It's definitely on my will stay again hotel's

Hello,||I just wanted to leave a quick review to say that I stayed at this hotel on September 4th of this year with my sister and her new puppy. Originally we are from Maryland and this was our very first time in MO.|The hotel was clean, dog-friendly (why we chose it!). The staff was very sweet and helpful - 2 nice young ladies, both very pleasant.|If I ever go back to Mountain Grove, MO, I will go back to this hotel.|Cheers!

Clean where it mattered the most, beds, toilet. They have vinyl wood floors, look nice but could've been swept, or mopped up a bit more. Nice quiet place, staff was great. Good place to rest, right off highway.
