The most welcoming RV Resort we have been to . Rodney is ever present insuring all concerns are met, and guests are satisfied. We would have given a five star review except for one caveat being all the sand burrs our dogs picked up in the grass areas.

Very clean, quiet, friendly campground! Appreciated help when we arrived, getting our RV set in place. We didn't stay in the cabins or motel, but they are nice and look super clean and kept up well. Grounds are maintained very well, also. All paved roads and lots have concrete pads. Lots of shade trees, but we chose a site without trees so we could use our solar. The welcoming staff is available 24/7, if you need anything. Handy laundry room and dog park! Enjoyed their TV station, also. WIFI available. Lots of activities to go to, if you so choose! Conveniently located between Rockport and Aransas Pass. The price was very reasonable. Would love to return next year...God willing!

Have to say we found this park when we were displeased with the other park we had reservations for multi months.. they stayed a few mins past closing to help us. We needed a spot for a few nights till we found out next long term place and I was amazed with the hospitality from all the staff and the park itself was very clean and friendly.. thanks so much for the help and understanding of our situation.. Highly recomend yall..

My husband and I stayed here in a RV for 3 months over winter. It was a great place to stay. The park is maintained beautifully, and the staff is so friendly. They made us feel right at home. This was our first time staying in Texas for the winter, and the friendly people here made it a great time. We highly recommend By the Bay for anyone wanting a quiet, friendly place to stay. Looking forward to our next visit.
