Butte Meadows Mercantile & Resort

Friendly staff and a lovely location make this resort a must-see spot! Camping in our RV there this very minute, using the free WiFi for guests. Food, drink and small campground-style store are wonderful.

We had a great lunch today here and the pizza was great. Also if you love dogs our meal came with two 😂 not sure who's dogs they were but they were so cute and very friendly and we loved them. ❤️ We definitely recommend stopping by here.

Beautiful area. Cabins are rustic and clean. The store has many essentials but not alot. People are very friendly and gracious.

One thing not mentioned anywhere on the website is the cleaning fee. It’s $50 for the small cabin and $75 for the large ones per reservation. I would’ve been ok with it had the information been conveyed from the beginning. I went expecting to pay $95 but was charged $151… I brought this up to the owner and could tell it bothered her.. we went to look at the cabin and it was nice! There were a few large ants inside the cabin and I understand there are going to be bugs because it’s in the woods and all, but I think the additional cleaning fee charge just caught me completely off guard.. she gave me a refund and we didn’t stay the night. She was short with me and I could really tell she was unhappy with me which really made me feel like such a horrible person.. I really would’ve appreciated t

Our Favorite Place To Stay When Visiting Butte Meadows. I grew up with my Great Grandparents hunting cabing in the area. How wonderful to have a place to stay with my kids and show them the area. Wonderful customer service! The cabin was perfect for my family of six.
